After Before This throne-like chair once belonged to Pat's Great-Grandma Muzzy. When it was passed on to us, it was upholstered in an early version of vinyl which quickly cracked under the feet of our climbing kids. We wanted to reupholster it and decided to try it ourselves in order to save money. I purchased the Danish, vintage fabric on Etsy. Also, for increased comfort, we added some foam cushioning and straightened the springs. I'm in love with Muzzy's chair even though I'm sure our amateur upholstery effort does not do it full justice.
