This week Pat harvested the garlic and hung it to dry. We will eat most of it and plant the rest in October.
Right now the garlic bundle hangs on the patio overhang where it can stay dry with plenty of air circulating around it.
We love garlic at our house! Abe will fish out the garlic from the cooked pinto beans. Smelling it always lifts my mood.
